Upgrade

Current Version	Upgrade Folder
v2.2.4	2.2.3-to-2.2.4

This guide assumes that the current systemd file is named as router

Downloading and installing Binary

sudo systemctl stop router
cd $HOME
rm -r router-chain-binary-release
git clone https://github.com/router-protocol/router-chain-binary-release
cd $HOME/router-chain-binary-release
git pull
git checkout 237
cd linux
sudo rm -r routerd
tar -xvf routerd.tar.gz 
sudo cp routerd /home/ubuntu/go/bin/routerd 
sudo chmod +x ~/go/bin/routerd

sudo systemctl start router

For Cosmovisor Users

# Downloading and installing Binary
cd $HOME
rm -r router-chain-binary-release
git clone https://github.com/router-protocol/router-chain-binary-release
cd $HOME/router-chain-binary-release
git pull
git checkout 237
cd linux
sudo rm -r routerd
tar -xvf routerd.tar.gz 
sudo cp routerd /home/ubuntu/go/bin/routerd 
sudo chmod +x ~/go/bin/routerd

# Making New Binary Directory and Copying the Daemon
mkdir -p $HOME/.routerd/cosmovisor/upgrades/2.2.3-to-2.2.4/bin
sudo cp $HOME/go/bin/routerd $HOME/.routerd/cosmovisor/upgrades/2.2.3-to-2.2.4/bin/

#Stop router daemon
sudo systemctl stop router

#creating symlink to new binaries
ls -l $HOME/.routerd/cosmovisor/current
rm $HOME/.routerd/cosmovisor/current
ln -s $HOME/.routerd/cosmovisor/upgrades/2.2.3-to-2.2.4 $HOME/.routerd/cosmovisor/current

#starting router
sudo systemctl start router && sudo journalctl -u router -f -o cat
